A graduate of ESPI (Manager en Aménagement et Promotion Immobilière – Bac+5) and holder of the title of Responsable d’Opérations Immobilières (ICH-CNAM), Clément brings an operational and strategic vision of property development, acquired in particular at Stonehedge Promotion and Viae Promotion.
At FQR, Clément is involved in identifying opportunities, putting together deals and analysing the value of assets (hotels, offices, housing, business premises, logistics), as well as supporting value-added development and transformation projects, in line with our DNA as a global player in property development.
His expertise in prospecting, technical and financial feasibility, as well as his ability to engage in dialogue with local authorities, investors and private partners, will be invaluable assets in supporting the growth of our portfolio of projects in the Paris region and beyond.
