With his experience as a works foreman in the building industry, Frédéric is in charge of overseeing works on major construction projects, from their design to handover. Examples include the research centre for Groupe Peugeot Automobiles and the Centre d’activités for Inéo in Vélizy-Villacoublay. He also has experience in complex refurbishment projects on high-rise buildings, such as the AFI.ESCA tower in Strasbourg.

Responding rapidly with an extensive experience in technical matters, Frédéric is in charge of technical, administrative and financial management of real estate projects in Financière des Quatre Rives. He also steers the work of contractors and service providers from the design to handover, while scrupulously protecting the clients’ interests.

Frédéric obtained a degree in construction works engineering from ESITC Cachan and graduated from ESTP as a Building Works Manager
