Graduate of EM Grenoble and founding Partner of Financière des Quatre Rives, Boris has more than twenty years’ experience in the management of development projects in France and abroad. Capitalizing on his former career, particularly with Bouygues Construction Bâtiment International, he provides insight into how to create value in complex or obsolete development sites and expertise on the financial, fiscal, legal and technical aspects of development projects. Boris also plays a role in developing the company and building its reputation through on-going relations with stakeholders in the property industry including institutional investors, land owners, elected representatives and developers.
