Founding Partner and Chairman of Financière des Quatre Rives, Julia has more than 15 years’ experience in real estate and construction. Julia is responsible for all the legal aspects of real estate operations at each successive phase of a project cycle – acquisition, project management, contracts for the design and completion of the project, and re-sale or lettings. Julia is also in charge of the legal management of property portfolios that are entrusted to Financière des Quatre Rives and of the corporate issues of project structures.

She holds the French lawyers diploma, Certificat d’aptitude à la profession d’avocat (CAPA), and has a Masters 2 in business and trade law from the university of Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne and a masters in construction and real estate law from Paris 2 Panthéon Assas.
